No Keywords.Abstract
This research paper explores the application of the 7 P's of marketing in banking services, focusing on the practices of both private and public sector banks. It provides a comprehensive review of existing literature, identifying key trends, challenges, and opportunities within the banking sector. The study synthesizes insights from various national and international sources, including journals, reports, and theses, to evaluate how banks utilize the 7 P's—Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence—in shaping their marketing strategies. The findings suggest that while there is substantial progress in adopting modern marketing techniques, several gaps remain, especially in areas like customer education, service personalization, and the effective use of technology in rural banking.
