Abstract

Management principles are often associated with corporate settings; however, they are equally relevant and applicable in the context of a regular household. This paper explores the application of key management fundas—planning, organizing, leading, and controlling—in everyday household operations. By analyzing the parallels between household management and organizational practices, the study highlights how adopting structured management techniques can enhance efficiency, reduce stress, and improve the overall quality of life.
